Our Support teams work to ensure the growth, reputation and success of St Austell Brewery, whilst building lasting relationships with our customers. Primarily based in St Austell and Bath, our Support teams include Finance, HR & Training, IT, Marketing, Retail and Sales & Distribution.


Our Finance team work across the company to ensure its financial stability, including our beer brands, retail estate and sales.

HR & Training

Our HR team work to ensure that all areas of the company can run smoothly, ranging from training and recruitment, to promoting a healthy work place and offering company benefits for all of our employees.


Our IT department ensures that St Austell Brewery’s hardware, software and networking devices are working at their optimum level for the business, providing technical support, programming, analysing data and working closely with all departments at all times.


Our Marketing department works to ensure that St Austell Brewery’s passion and dedication for brewing quality beer and providing excellent customer service is always portrayed to our customers.


Our large Retail team ensures the success and development of St Austell Brewery’s managed and tenant estate, with roles ranging from sales development to property maintenance.

Sales & Distribution

Ranging from Telephone Sales and National Sales to Business Development Managers and our dedicated wine merchant, our sales teams are responsible for liaising with our on trade and off trade customers within the South West and beyond. Our supply chain team, working closely with the Sales teams, ensure the efficient warehousing and distribution of our products.
