Job Description

Our Housekeepers play an important role in the maintenance of our hotels, management of our linen and guest supplies and ensuring all cleaning tasks and projects are delivered in good time and to the highest standard.

What we are looking for:
You will have a passion to deliver nothing short of exceptional customer service, with a friendly and outgoing personality. You'll be enthusiastic with a positive 'nothing is too much trouble' attitude. You will have very high standards and an impeccable eye for detail. Its important that you have previous supervisory experience in a volume and quality driven environment. You will have lead by example, motivating staff and adapting to the varying demands of the day. You'll have passion to deliver impeccable service to our guests, be enthusiastic about training your team to ensure they have the knowledge required to delight our guests.
