As a Head Chef for one of our managed pubs, you will become the eyes, ears and mind of the kitchen. You will be the driving force behind its success, with the ambition to create new dishes, to continuously improve the food experience for our guests. About the Lifeboat Inn:
The Lifeboat Inn is a traditional harbourside pub in St Ives serving local produce, Brewer & Bean coffee and St Austell Ales. We always want to hear from energetic and talented professionals who would like to join our team.

What we are looking for:
We are looking for a hands-on, passionate and energetic, self-motivated individual with the ability to respond quickly to daily business requirements. Someone who thrives on leading by example and developing their team to do the same. You'll need to understand, monitor and manage the operations of a busy kitchen. You'll know how to soak up a brand identity and reflect its standards and get a real buzz out of seeing happy customers enjoying your food. You'll have a great team to look after, so we're looking for a Head Chef who can support their colleagues through thick and thin, remaining courteous, smiling and upbeat in a busy and at times pressurised environment.
