What we are looking for:
Reception is the first and last place a guest will see during their stay, it should be a pleasant welcoming environment with a smiling, helpful staff member in attendance.
The Reception role involves regular contact with guests before, during and often after their stay, assisting with any number of queries. These could range from questions about a room account to organising transportation or giving advice on activities in the local area. You must have a flexible, friendly with a good eye for detail.
Your role will deal with telephone calls, restaurant and room reservations, administration, online bookings, guest billing, taking payments, cash and credit card handling and ensuring credit and administration procedures are applied.
