All successful applicants will be paid hourly for the duration of the three-day course.

Working at St Austell Brewery offers some of the best benefits, training opportunities and incentives in the region. Founded in 1851 by Walter Hicks, we’re one of the oldest businesses in Cornwall. We employ over 1,500 people, and own an award-winning estate of 180 pubs, inns, and hotels across the South West. Most famous for our flagship beer, Tribute Cornish Pale Ale, our range of award-winning beers – also including Proper Job IPA and Korev Lager – are available in pubs and supermarkets nationwide.

If you’d like to apply, you must be available to start on 11th August. Spaces are limited.
